4:30pm class has been canceled for today. 4:30pm Saturday and Sunday classes will continue for the rest of the summer on a “by appointment only” basis. Please be sure to contact 360-808-3197 a few days in advance to schedule. These 4:30pm class times are only for intermediate to advanced students and/or by permission of the instructor. We cover takedowns and submission controls (the “201 curriculum”) during these class times.
