Solarte BJJ in Sequim — Classes have been on break since Washington State’s enactment of the Stay Home, Stay Safe directive in March. During that time, we’ve provided online content on Self Defense Concepts (accessible FREE by request) and FREE parents & kids lessons on our YouTube channel.
Solarte BJJ in Sequim Summer Classes
Now that Clallam County is past Phase I, the club is also phasing back into training. For the health and safety of our students, Solarte plans on returning to a new class schedule in June.
Our updated program will combine Self Defense classes and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu for adults and some youth students. (There will be restrictions for youth training–see below.) Details on the new schedule will be announced soon!
Safety protocols will be sent to our students by email. There will also be a safety briefing at the start of each class.
Youth Program on Summer Break
The Tues/Thurs Youth Program will remain on break through summer. The plan is to resume during fall, but we’ll see how things are looking by then. Youth students ages 10 and above who demonstrate maturity and a serious interest in training will be eligible to participate in the summer program at the head instructor’s discretion. Contact us for details!
